What do we do?

Our document scanning services make it easier for you to find the documents you need. We convert paper documents into quality digital files that can be retrieved within seconds without even having to move from your desk.

Unlike other document scanning companies, we’ll arrange to collect the documents you need scanning from your premises and take them to our secure warehouse – making it more convenient for you. After scanning documents, we will return the digital files via a password-protected disk or hard drive – giving you the option to access information at any time, from anywhere. For urgent requests, we can scan documents and email them over to you.

All hard copies will be kept in our secure archive until they’re returned at a time that works best for you, but if you’d like us to destroy the original copy, no problem. We will safely dispose of it on your behalf and issue a certificate of secure destruction to provide you with the peace of mind that it’s been destroyed.

If you need supplementary archive management services, we can offer archive storage and confidential waste disposal to ensure your business complies with GDPR.
