Document Archive Storage

Our storage procedures are simple and efficient. After an initial set up charge we do not charge for collection. We come to your premises or wherever you wish to have the boxes collected from. They are given your individual customer code and a Doxbond number. Each box is stored in our secure warehouse in a racking system which has shelf positions.

The boxes are entered onto our computer database which lists the position in the warehouse and monitors their movements. The warehouse is run on a closed basis, meaning that apart from Doxbond staff no one can visit without prior appointment. Anonymity and security are maintained because boxes are only marked with a customer code and number.
