Storing your documents at our secure facility couldn’t be simpler.

First, we will arrange a consultation to discuss your business requirements in detail. This will allow us to find out, roughly, how many boxes you wish to store at our warehouse and how long you intend to leave them in our capable hands.

No task is too big or too small when it comes to document storage in Cambridge, and we can collect anywhere between one and thousands of boxes from your premises – saving you time and effort.

Every box will be labelled with a barcode, your unique customer code, and a box number. We’ll even assign them a shelf position at our facility and monitor the movements of your archives using our ISO 90001 quality management system, the O’Neil barcode system.

As part of our document storage service in Cambridge, we can also dispose of your documents when they reach their retention date. But don’t worry – we will never shred anything without informing you first!

At our warehouse, we don’t allow entry to anyone who hasn’t arranged an appointment to protect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. Therefore, if you would like to retrieve any documents from our storage facility, you must contact us beforehand so we know when to expect you. Or let us know when you need them for and we’ll get them to you ASAP.
